Pregnancy
is such a special time in a woman’s life, that she deserves to
be taken care of while she is taking care of the baby. It is
essential that a mother go through her pregnancy by tuning both
her body and mind to have positive emotions and thoughts.
During
pregnancy the monthly period ceases and the body undergoes
dramatic hormonal changes. The likely problems that may arise
during pregnancy due to hormonal changes, nutritional deficiencies
and shift in weight distribution includes constipation increased
urination, backaches & leg cramps, swollen feet & joints, fatigue, mood changes, morning sickness.
Each
mother to be approaches her pregnancy differently. Some are
excited and positive in their outlook while others are apprehensive.
They worry about every aspect of pregnancy and birth, from
losing their figure to how they will cope with the new baby.
Some women are not in peak condition and find that myriad discomforts
of pregnancy - particularly in the last few months - leave
them physically or emotionally drained, especially if they
already have a family to care for. New mothers have their own
problems. They can be tired from feeding or the constant activities
that comes with a new baby.
